• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• If we learn that someone under 13 has created an account, we will delete it and their information.
• If you are under 16, you may need parent or guardian consent to use ScholarTrail.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure.

3️⃣ Our Services

We offer:

• Free Basic Service: Access to 3 handpicked scholarships, personalized matches and application tracking at no cost
• Premium Features: Full access to whole scholarship database
• Scholarship matching and search tools
• Application tracking and reminders

👉 When you click on a scholarship link, you'll go to another website. We don't control those sites, and their terms will apply - not ours.

4️⃣ Your Information

• We collect information such as your name, email, school details, and optional extracurricular or family information to help match you with scholarships.
• We do not sell or share your information for advertising purposes.
• When you visit another site (like a scholarship provider), their privacy policy applies.
• You can delete your account at any time, and we will delete your personal information.
• If your account remains inactive for 2 years, we'll automatically delete your account and associated information.

• We are not responsible for scholarship decisions made by other organizations — we do not control how they select winners.
• We strive to provide accurate listings, but we can't guarantee that everything is up to date.
• We are not responsible for how other websites or scholarship providers use your information.
