• Your school name, grade, GPA, and (optional) extracurricular or family info like income
• (Coming soon) Any essays you choose to upload
• Technical info like IP address, browser type, and site usage

👉 We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we do, we delete it.

We use your information to:

• Match you with scholarships
• Let you save and track scholarships
• Manage paid subscriptions or sponsorships
• Improve and protect ScholarTrail

4️⃣ When We Share Your Information

• We do not sell your information — ever.
• We do not share your information for advertising.
• We may share information with service providers (like hosting or payment processors) who help us run ScholarTrail. They must protect your information.
• We may share info if required by law.
• When you leave ScholarTrail and visit another site (like to apply for a scholarship), their privacy policy applies.

• Delete your account at any time — we'll delete your information.
• We'll delete inactive accounts (2+ years) automatically.
• Manage or cancel paid subscriptions in your settings.
